Description of the property

Detached houses (typology B+): approx. 250 m² constructed area and approx. 150 m² living area, 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. Prices for the first construction phase range from €676.928,- to €799.000,-  (plus 10% VAT) per house.

All residential units have their own garden, terrace, pergola and parking space (detached houses have 2 parking spaces). Pools can be built, and gardens created. This will be charged extra as well as personal wishes for the distribution and equipment of the interior (upgrades: e.g. a 3rd bedroom in the semi-detached houses, extras in the kitchen equipment, etc.).

The construction will be divided into different phases. The first phase of 30 residential units is scheduled to start in early 2024 and the plan is to complete these units in Q3 2025 or Q1 2026. A sample residential unit will be available for viewing around January 2024.

Additional information: electricity and water from town , air conditioning hot/cold (living room, dining room, bedroom), domotics pre-installed, fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes, various services such as a security service can be provided depending on the community of the residential area (Comunidad).
